Good for my Cold Tub

Strong and silent.
The media could not be loaded. The pump works, but it just rattles like there is something loose in the housing.Update: I had a GE filter inline and changed the filter type to a waffle sediment filter instead of the dense paper cartridge. This was the problem. Too much pressure on the pump with the dense cartridge. Now with the waffle type cartridge it’s silent and the water is getting filtered.

Cold Plunge
I am using this pump on a DIY cold plunge. I have it on a timer, running while I am in the tank as well as 2 hours in the middle of the night. It is keeping my tank clean and helps the water flow around me while plunging. Highly recommend this product.

Failure mode
This product worked for a little over 3 years of constant running in a reef tank. It's failure mode was it started leaking current to the water.
