Serious Revenge: And the Art of Stealth Payback

It requires more know how and leg work to get some of these done, but it looks like it's an awesome tactical book. If I could get all of these things done, I'd be sleeping a hell of alot better. If you're a computer guy and know how to use your resources well, this book is the shit! I know he's got a ton more ideas waiting to come out. I can't wait for the next volume!

This is a shorter book that utilizes an interesting storytelling writing style that keeps you glued on the edge of your seat and is a bit tongue-in-cheek. Don’t recommend if you’re looking for the next great literature classic out there but if you’re a bit perturbed with some of your less honest fellow human beings out there and wish for something to allow you to fantasize about settling the score than this is it!

I looked forward to buying this book for quite a while. It sat in my wishlist for a long time, and then, I finally bought it. The premise is good, but alot of the information it has is outdated, or, already known. I guess I was looking for more of a master course in revenge rather than a 101 class. A good book for the uninitiated, but for those of us looking for more in depth info and master techniques.......you might want to look for a more comprehensive book. It's good for what it is though, and if you need revenge, and haven't practiced the art before, it'll be a good book for you.

This book deals with petty and sneaky revenge or retaliation. You'll be surprised just how much of that there's around these days. "Give the bitch dirty water..." or coffee. "Slash the bastard's tires." "Provoke an accident." "Freak him out on the road." No need for the police. It seems there's an epidemic of small time vigilantism going around. The book is, in a way, a warning. You may wanna know about these psychopathic tactics, because they might be used on you one of these days. And please notice I have nearly 20 years of experience with this sort of stuff - at the recieving end, mind you. Quite a few of the dirty-tricks in this book have been used on me at an escalating pace for at least the past 10 years. Others go as far back as 15 years. I figure the actual smear campaign began more than 18 years ago. (Btw, there's a whole string of dirty-tactic-books out there. Both good and bad people can pick them up)... Here's an excerpt from the book: "Call a local radio station and make a sappy love song request from the victim to the fake lover. This works great if you know the spouse's workplace plays a certain radio station all day long. Rumors will get around the office and the embarrassed spouse will be furious...." This is an example of "Targeted-through-Media" or "Stalked-through-Media." (In this case the media is a radio station, but it could be other types of media too...) This sort of stuff is not pranking. It's evil minded, perverted stalking and twisted gaslighting.

OMG! Love it! Love it! Love it! This book might not be thick, in fact it is rather thin as a matter of fact. However, and this is a BIG however, it packs a very powerful punch. By the time you get thru reading it (and rolling on the floor) it is not uncommon to feel sensory overload. If you are purchasing this book for "entertainment purposes" or for "comic relief" it will not let you down. If you are purchasing this book to exact revenge on someone who has wronged you, and if,the truth be known most of the purchasers who post they bought for entertainment purposes, it is with a nod, nod, wink, wink, I would surmise. I Mean who purchases a book like this for entertainment? But I digress. If you want ideas to teach someone a lesson not to F*%# with you then look no further. Caveat - I would save the ideas in this book for someone who really did a number on you. Someone who destroyed your life, stole your girl/guy and your money, got you fired, killed your dog, turned your parents and your friends against you, keyed your car, stole your identity and framed for some type of illegal, criminal activity leading to an arrest...yours! Then and maybe then revenge from ideas in this book would be warranted.

A fun read, with some very creative ideas. The author goes over both legal ways to get revenge, and some less then legal ways, which are much more humorous and very creative. Looking forward to a "part II". What I found to be most impressive was the "anti-copyright". On page 1 where the copyright information should be, was a pleasant surprise for a change, the anti-copyright. The author believes that copyright laws restrict the flow of ideas, which they do. He invites the reader to share freely, which in todays society of greed, I thought was quite refreshing. Cheers, Lupo. Nice book, very creative. I will be following this author on amazon, and I plan to check out his website as well.

Look, this book is a complete waste of time. It has so precious little content, the author simply repeats (over and over) what little is there. Also, if you were to attempt some of this nonsense and get caught, a good attorney would ensure you a life of hell and/or prison. If I had it to do over again I'd save my money and punch myself in the forehead to get a similar effect for free.

if one thinks all the stuff in here is the same, they aren't capable of using this. However, find a way to buy this without associating your name with the purchase or you just waved a red flag in front of someone to check you out if any of the things in here actually happened.As the author points out, this is likely illegal (or lots of it is). If one were to engage in activities in this book, there is advice on how to avoid detection and Karma would dictate that some of this (later chapters) be reserved for all but the worst humans on earth (or ex wives).I have fantasized about finding a way to engage in these things but this adds an instruction manual to the fantasy.This is not a book about throwing toilet paper on a house, this is a book on burning the house down.One cannot "unjump" from these activities, but if you have a reason to fantasize about destroying someone's life, go for it.

Author sharing life experiences very accurately and humourously. Certainly well worth the book cost. I will try more of his works.
