I've tried a few different generic TN660 cartridges and they've all been extremely underwhelming. I was ready to give up and pay full (over) price for the OEM Brother cartridges. After a random web search OFF of Amazon, a discussion forum of someone who bought Brother toner for their office for 8+ years named this brand as their top of 3 choices. Lo and behold, the first print left nothing to be desired. I have no complaints. Text is clear and black is actually black (not grey or spotted). I am very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend.

Quality of prints is fine so no complaints about the actual toner. My Brother printer would not recognize one of the two cartridges I bought. After a 15 minute trip through LD's customer service, they quickly shipped me a replacement. So very happy with price, overall happy with the quality and and very happy with the customer service. I will keep buying from them.

I have purchased ld toner for all of our printers. They have preformed as good as any o.e.m. product i have used. Image quality has been excellent form the start to the end of the toner cartridge. LD product quality has always remain consistence. They have great products for very competitive pricing.

There were some negative reviews of this product but I followed the instructions and shook the cartridge before installing and it prints fine. Not sure how many pages I’ll get but for the money I’m happy.

While I initially had a problem with one of the cartridges, the company, LD Products, was very helpful and responsive to my issue. I believe they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I would highly recommend them for your printer cartridge needs!

I bought 2 to have as back-ups. When my printer ran out of toner and I had to replace the cartridge, I reached for one of the two I had bought. My printer wouldn't recognize the new cartridge. It kept saying "toner low replace cartridge". I took it out and put it back in a few times and nothing. I put in the original cartridge which was low then the new one and still nothing. I the opened the second of the rwo new ones and the printer accepted that one right away. To test the first new one again, I removed the second new one, put the first one in and the printer as usual did not recognize the cartridge. I put the second one in and again the printer recognized it immediately. It's not just the money, it was the wasted time and aggravation that the bad cartridge caused. Good thing I had a second back-up too or I would've been stuck without a printer for a while.
