Worked perfectly on my 1983 185s. Other reviews mentioned slack in the throttle cable. Not an issue for me. The slide is larger than the stock carb, so there is no sharing of parts. But all I had to do is unhook the throttle cable from the stock carb. And attach it to the new one, and like a Honda. It pull started on the third pull after sitting for about four years. I am super happy after two weeks of having installed this carb.

Just started to use in the last week. Fuel mixture screw needs to be adjusted in to start the engine. I'm still fine tuning.The ATC burns a lot less gas. Spark plug is burning clean. Much more power an able to get across creek much easier.I'm going to order a spare.

Works basically out of the box. Haven't quite got the fuel delivery fine tuned yet but for $17 I cant complain.

This was a perfect replacement for my 1981 Honda 185s. Simple 10 minute install and now my ATC starts on the first pull, runs perfect and idles smoothly. I didn't have to change any settings at all, it's perfect right out of the box. I would recommend this carb to anyone, what a deal!!!

WORKS GOOD BUT I HAD TO PLAY WITH THE THROTTLE CABLE WHERE IT SCREWS INTO TOP OF CARB.I HAD TO REUSE MY STOCK SPRING, THE ONE THAT CAME WITH THIS CARB DIDN'T HAVE THE SAME FEELTO ME SO I JUST SWAPPED IT OUT. I ALSO REUSED MY STOCK RUBBER BOOT ON THE TOP OF THE CARBWHERE THE THROTTLE CABLE FEEDS THRU. OTHER THAN THAT I JUST HAD TO ADJUST THE IDLE A BIT ANDOFF THE TRAILS.

Haven't had a chance to install but looks like it will work just fine. Would give it 5 stars if had time to try it.
