We were impressed with the quick delivery and politeness of the delivery driver. Impressed with how well and secure all the packages were. No damage at all. Excellent mattresses, which are included in the price. Impressed with the quality and excellent value for money. It fitted exactly into the space in our small bedroom. However it did take a while (4 hours) for us to put it together. We had limited space and we had to make it up in the bedroom where it was going to be. Some connections ( holes, which hubby had to re-drill) were not lined up so it was difficult. It would be helpful if the Letters (indicating each piece) in the assembly instructions, were also on the individual pieces of the beds. (So you know exactly which pieces go with which piece). Overall very pleased with bunk beds.

I ordered two of these and my girls love them! Sturdy and great space underneath specially for the odd toys in the foldable storage box’s. Great value mattress ok little standard but perfect for the kids even though I have bought a mattress topper just for added comfort.

Great bunk beds, the grandsons loved them😊very sturdy, although took a whole day to assemble. Mattresses very comfy. Good value for money.

Do not buy mattresses , very cheap and flimsy, i paid £40 to have them returned , and was not refunded my P&P, was told because of covid they cant use their own courier so i had no choice but to pay for it , just got totally fobbed off

Bunk bed is good. But mattress is not good. I recommend please don't buy mattress.
