Does anyone know how to get these to print perfectly aligned on a canon pixma printer?

This is the printer I use. The instructions say to set the size to "custom" and "100%" DO NOT use "fit to page" or "fit to printable area." I do some other printing where I need to use that setting, so I just reset it every time I print labels.

Advice to use with a Mac?

Yes, it's just as easy with either system. You can actually make labels right on their website using their pretty sophisticated templates, or use word.

Can I print bar codes on these?

Yes, barcodes can be printed on these labels.

Are these labels suitable for printing UPC codes?

I would think it would work fine. I guess it depends on what they will be put on once you print the upc code on them.
