I did not receive the Rotary Attachment. Customer Service poor.
I received the laser in a create, and when I opened it everything was there and accounted for except for the rotary attachment. I really needed it too for a job, and was one of the reasons I got the machine. When I contacted the seller (multiple times) they said it was inside of the machine. Unless it was invisible it was not — simply put after many contacts with the seller they still have not agreed to ship me a rotary attachment even though it was supposed to be included. I would rate this machine higher but I guess you get what you pay for — limited/poor customer service, a cheaply made machine, and not all of the parts it is suppose to come with. Would not recommend for commercial work unless you want to spend a couple of days getting everything the way it is supposed to be (aka flip the lens to proper alignment, buy a new rotary, and argue with their customer service about where the parts are).

it came broken
There is no tech support, I had to pay out of pocket to have it fixed after two months of trying to get them to fix it.
