Practical truths and solutions for change in business!
As someone who has managed many change projects and programmes I found this book refreshing, honest and practical. Hutton really knows his stuff - he explains clearly and openly the challenges that M&A deals face and how to overcome them. I would recommend this book, not only to people who are considering a merger or acquisition but to anyone embarking on serious change within their business. A great read!

Refreshing approach to the M&A WORLD
Brilliant read for anyone working in or interested in working in the M&A world. Unlike other M&A books I’ve read, the approach is fresh, and imaginative. The author has cleverly woven personal anecdotes through the book which help explain the theory behind certain points. Well written, informative and a book I would definitely recommend. The book would also be very useful for those working in HR, and expansion

Illustrative and relatable through the personal experiences but still concise enough to keep me from wandering off the trail. I appreciate the transparency, it helped me quickly identify the tools and adjustments I need in my own projects.
