As someone who has managed many change projects and programmes I found this book refreshing, honest and practical. Hutton really knows his stuff - he explains clearly and openly the challenges that M&A deals face and how to overcome them. I would recommend this book, not only to people who are considering a merger or acquisition but to anyone embarking on serious change within their business. A great read!

This book is very well written and makes the point, that too many managers etc forget, that it's people that count.

It’s nice to read a book on this topic that includes real life battle scars of someone doing this sort of work. A good resource for anyones toolkit.

Illustrative and relatable through the personal experiences but still concise enough to keep me from wandering off the trail. I appreciate the transparency, it helped me quickly identify the tools and adjustments I need in my own projects.
