Good value
This pulse oximeter worked fine right out of the box. Nicely packaged. The display is very clear and provides a nice heart-beat trace as well. I was pleased with that extra feature. It also has a lanyard (easy to attach), which is practical if you are walking around. The plastic shell is quite thin (noticeable when one slides the battery compartment cover off). So, take care. The one major failing is the instructions. These are printed in the smallest type imaginable and are illegible except on magnification. No download website given. Nevertheless, all you have to do to operate the device is put in two AAA batteries, stick your finger in the clothes-pin like jaws, and press the button on top. All quite obvious. It has auto-off capability, too.I bought this for Covid19 'insurance', so I am happy with delivery time, price, and function.

Maybe a faulty unit
Pulse alarm was going off a lot and when compared to Garmin and chest strap monitor, it was way out. Not sure I can trust the SPO2 readings if pulse is not accurate, maybe a faulty unit.

Probably the most useful home medical device to have after a thermometer.
Plus:Simple to use - finger in, press buttonEasy to change batteriesResponds well to changes in breathing; there's about a 30s-1m lag before you can see the SpO2 change when you hold your breath or breathe extra deeply.Pulse display seems accurate and agrees with other devices.Minus:No good if you have very long fingernails.Advanced settings have tiny font and are difficult to see.Written instructions are also a tiny font.

Useful bit of health equipment
Arrived quickly (next day). Easy to use -was using it before I even read the instructions!More accurate BPM than my smart watch. The BPM seems to correspond with the figure on my blood pressure monitor, so seems reasonably accurate. It’s changes from normal that are important rather than absolute values.Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase, reasonable price too.

A handy monitor
With having had two DVT's and PE's in the past 20 years I had been noticing my nail beds getting very blue on occasions, and from experience I knew the cause was reduced oxygen in my blood. I purchased this to monitor my oxygen level, which it appears to do quite well, I have noticed on occassions that the pulse rate has been a bit off, the reason I know this is because it had a flat line which would mean I was dead, or my heart stopped beating. I figured it was probably just a bad positioning of the monitor. Overall it is a useful device and well worth the purchasde price.

It works
The product is great, the instructions unreadable, even with a magnifier.

Excellent
Very Good. Just what I wanted, not just oxygen intake and pulse but also heart beat graph. Also moves direction and has several different modes.

Buy AAA batteries when you order.
The actual product is good and looks sturdy. Fortunately I did not need to read the instructions as they were in tiny print and almost unreadable. But for the price it would have been helpful to include batteries, which I have but not everyone does.
