I purchased this a second time because it is a great product. I love how it adds flavor and has a long shelf life. I hate to chop fresh garlic and found this works just as well.

I was surprised at how much this tasted like fresh, strong flavored, raw Garlic! It is great for cooking and using in recipes that call for raw garlic. ('Won't get the milder, Roasted Garlic flavor with this, so be advised.)Customer service was very helpful. When I needed their help with a problem RE my order, they took care of it promply.

A great product. So much more convenient than chopping fresh garlic or finding that the fresh garlic has expired in its little teracotta pot.

This is LITERALLY fresh garlic. It’s just freeze dried, the way they do for astronauts so their food will last in all types of extreme conditions and an almost unlimited amount of time. It saves you so much time when cooking. It is 100% real, fresh garlic. Even smells more like garlic than any other “garlic condiment“ that you can find out there because it’s ACTUAL garlic. All you have to do is take one little diced piece and put it in your mouth. As soon as the moisture from your tongue touches it, it hydrates it into a fresh, clean, flavorful piece of garlic. If you try this once, you’ll never cook without it again.

This is my 2nd bottle of garlic and won't be my last! Great for seasoning most anything - I even sprinkle it on buttered bread to toast in the oven and it.is.divine! I'll keep getting more!

This is a great way to always have garlic on hand. No peeling or smashing and the flavor is just as good as fresh garlic in the recipes I've made so far.
