Lovely bed and easy to assemble

Shoddy
Awful product . Bottom and top bedstead damaged, paint blown and peeling back and front. Scratches all over frame . Packaged well so do not think it’s a delivery issue more manufacturing . Also one of the dowell holes not hollowed out tried to drill but filled with a resin type substance had to continue without inserting the dowell.Moving daughter into new flat so had to get it up if I had any option I would have returned and ordered elsewhere. Not hopeful about it’s long activity. £155.00 not top of range but even would not expect how shoddy it is .

Not happy with slats
Thought this was a great bed but the slats have split and the side rails that hold the slats in place have split too so there is nothing to hold the mattress up. Only purchased in July. First slats went in November 2020. Frame is secure. Any chance of new slats please?

Damage
The foot end of the bed had been damaged and repaired

Not a great bed at all, came with a lot of damaged paintwork and was missing slats !!

Damaged in box
Opened the box of headboard & looked inside & could see one bar the paint had bubbled & was coming away. Return was easy just a shame bed was faulty
