BEMIS. Best product ever!!
First. I already had a Bemis product in another washroom. For the second bathroom, as expected this Bemis toilet seat is perfect! 1. Instructions were easy to follow for instaliation. Two. Installation was easy peasey. 3. Bemis manufactures beautiful, functional products, which are exactly as advertised. Four. As advertised, I would use seller again. Thanks.

Soft close - bog standard.
I bought two to replace failing hinges on the previous premium brand soft close easy remove plastic toilet seats.These are painted wood, are a lot stiffer and heavier, and have been rock solid from installation some months back.Yes, they are heavier to lift, but close gently and without fuss.The non-long version fits standard toilets.

Bemis - best toilet seats ever! Slow close; easy to install--now even easier :)
This is the best toilet seat -- it's wood, not plastic which is what you want--can't sit on a plastic toilet seat (or you shouldn't). You want "slow close"; easy install and easy clean. Super nice. Yes, I get excited about my bathroom. LOL. Treat yourself! Enjoy life!

Great product but Support needs help
The seat was easy to install and comfortable. For its purpose, it should be. Product itself gets 5 stars but I'm leaving a 4 because one of the fasteners snapped during installation. I contacted the manufacturer/seller through the website found through the order link. I explained the situation and asked if we could get a new fastener. No response. It has been weeks and nothing. Seat is great, though, but would like it to be a little more secure.

Still a Quality Product
This seat was purchased to replace my 10 year old Church brand, which is made by the same company. It was 10 years old and still in good shape. It was replaced due to the paint was wearing off.These seats are easy clean and slides right off to allow cleaning all the way to the tank. Also the slow close feature works great so you won't accidentally drop the seat, which can damage your throne.

Good seat, but will loosen
Good seat, I like the wood & value. Made well, but they will loosen over time. I ordered two in January of this year (2023) and its October I had to order a new one. The one downstairs cracked!!! and the one upstairs is loosening making the seat move. No warranty on these. DO NOT LAST LONG

Got this for my RV because I hate plastic seats. This fit great and it’s like sitting on the throne at home!!And it’s slow closing, no slam seat !
