When we cook rice, we mix rice with half of konnyaku

Q: How many carbohydrates per serving?

Q: I just received my order and the directions are in japanese and i have no idea how to cook it. can someone please translate the directions in english?

I've bought several different types of Konjac rice from several different manufacturers. I believe that the one with all the directions in Japanese is not the one with ZERO calories, if you're concerned about calories and carbs. IF that's what you're looking for, then the one I got was Miracle Noodle, and you can get that at MiracleNoodle.com (they ALSO make a rice version). And I think you also can get it at Amazon. That said, I actually think I only tried one bag of the kind with calories. I forget if it's the dry or the wet kind. If it's dry, just make it like you'd make regular rice. Put it into water and boil it then drain. If it's the wet kind, throw it in a sieve or strainer, strain out the water, then nuke it. Or, heat it in new water and drain.
