It did improve my vision. Was easy to take.

I've suffered with extreme dry eyes ever since I had Lasik surgery. My Chinese acupuncture doc recommended this formulation. Six in the morning and six at night (although sometimes I just do the morning dose). Keeps my eyes in better shape than anything else that I've used. I was very grateful to find it living in a very dry, high altitude area where there is less humidity.

I took it for two weeks, and did not feel improvement. I checked and found that this product has three ingredients missing based on the formular of ' Ming Mu Di Huang Wan' which should have 12 ingredients in total. Those three other ingredients are Dong-Quai root, white peony root, and Chinese yam root. I just found another product in amazon with 12 materials and I bought that one, will share later.

I wouldn't get these again. Formula lacks 2 herbs and formula has been ineffective for me. At the same time there are only 100 pills as opposed to 200 and tbey comtain magnesium stearate.

Typically the herbs have worked well with my body. I was hoping this would clear my vision, instead my vision seemed to get worse. Not sure how to rate it, or if it gets worse and then better.I will go back to purchasing the brand my acupuncturist sells.

I'm amazed in the result in 4 days! The sharpness I notice when watching TV wowed me and I had to leave the room and come back to look again at how what seems sharper than normal before taking this herb! I will be taking this & all my vitamins with Z WARM WATER as instructed on this item! Will lbs ordering 2 more of this product.
