Magpul Hunter X-22 Stock for Ruger 10/22

Awesome stock, great quality. A direct upgrade for your 10/22. Non-Discreet packaging though; it’s a box with a huge rifle stock picture on it (and of course a label with your name and unit number on it). If you live in an apartment complex with a mailroom, expect for management and all of your neighbors to know you have a rifle. Also if you live in a well trafficked area with an exposed porch. I live in the core of a very progressive city so it made my heart skip a beat. Thankfully was able to pick it up within a few minutes. I recommend setting a delivery time frame where you know you’ll be home if this is a concern for you. Just wanted to give you all a heads up.

I could not be more pleased with a rifle stock. It’s nice looking, easily adjustable and sturdy. I could not be more pleased.

Made a world of difference on my 10/22, would definitely recommend

Excellent replacement stock for the 10/22. I chose the green color on a whim (I’m not a fan of green stocks), but once I installed it I’m glad I did. For me it improved the fit of the stock 100% over the factory stock. If I had to make a complaint, it would be that swivel studs should come installed on the stock.

If you like shooting your 1022 as much as I do, the Magpul stock upgrade is a no brainer. Makes the rifle steadier especially when bench shooting. The stock is fitted exactly for the 1022 action and installs the same as the original. On top of the fact that it works great, it makes your rifle look even cooler! The high cheek rest is a must for shooting with a scope.

Stock was great, however it was shipped in the original box with a life size color picture of the stock. The box wasn’t taped at all. It arrived in perfect condition but if you don’t want your neighbors to know what you’re getting then look at other options

The only reason for not giving this a 5 star rating is that it for some reason it had trouble accepting a BRN-22 receiver without some light sanding. I also had some trouble with it spinning the safety switch during receiver install, which was a pain to fix. Overall though, it looks good, it's a great stable platform, it's comfortable, and shoots well. It's easy to switch between a stock Ruger barrel and something like an X-Ring barrel by just flipping a little doodad over. Barrel is height adjustable which is also a nice feature. Good buy.

A good seller of these very desirable 1022 platforms. Good price and fast delivery.

Very nice stock for the price..very happy with it.

Magpul quality-10/22 Ruger fit like a glove! Great stock!

Love the fact it’s go a reversible barrel channel so I can use it for a bull barrel in the future

The stock is very nice, gives a much better feel shouldering my Ruger 10/22, can definitely hold it better now. I almost want to give it a worse review but I do like how friendly the adjustments are, however I did not get the dark earth as ordered it looks more like the olive drab green which I find frustrating but the colour is growing on me. Overall quality seems great I did purchase the adjustable cheek riser kit also which made it fit even nicer
