Sound quality
Have owned Yamaha and Takamine 12 strings. Even with the smaller body this Taylor is superior. I play in a church band and his guitar will make a difference. So pleased and got it at a reduced price from Chicago Guitar Exchange. Couldn't be more elated.

I’d like to take this moment to address the exceptional support I received from Chicago Music Exchange. I chose this vendor specifically because of similar reviews, which claimed unparalleled support, and I’m pleased to agree with all of them. While it was disappointing my guitar arrived with some unexpected shortcomings (broken strings, etc) their reps replied to my request in mere moments and in a very brief exchange went above & beyond to solve my problem.... and then some.
