Works very well, easy to install and maintain
It took about an hour to replace this system including the in-pond pump. The clamps and all the other attachments were easy to install.It provides fantastic aeration to the pond. Happy camper here

LOVE THIS WATERFALL FOR MY SMALL POND
This waterfall is amazing and with my 1500 gah pump, its amazing how fast the water is coming out. And how clear my pond is.

Good Product.
Had this same product on my first pond and purchased another one for my newer pond.

Buy extra hose clamps if you're using 2" hose.
Just right for the waterfall feature I'm building into my pond. It even came with a 2" barbed hose fitting, which was mysteriously not included in the matching skimmer. But for reasons known only to Aquascape, they included two cable clamps for a 1.5" hose and zero cable clamps for a 2" hose. Intentionaly or a QA screwup? Not the end of the world -- at least 2" cable clamps are easy to find at hardware stores. 2" barbed hose fittings, though, do not exist in meatspace. Annoying project delay.

Pretty expensive for what you get
I am a fan of paying for quality products as I believe they last longer most of the time. In this case, however, over $200 for a plastic container, a couple filters, a couple PVC pieces, and a couple clamps is quite expensive. Especially when it then requires you purchase lava rock or bio balls to complete the setup. For this price, it should have included bio balls in the box. The sturdiness of the unit itself seems pretty good.

Looks nice, pond overrun with algae
It looks nice and watching the aquascape video helped up my game. However, I bought this to replace a high pressure filter and this does not kill algae. My water is very dirty and I'm not sure what cleaning this filter provides, if any. I have thrown the UV light bulb that works from the existing filter in the bottom of this thing temporarily to clear out some algae. I'll be looking for another filter to help keep the water clean.
