V. poor packaging. Surprisingly robust product. Tricky for elders to get in/out of as swings.
This was a reasonably significant purchase on my budget; part of a Birthday present intended to make my Mother comfortable this Summer... and hopefully one or two more to come!It came in 2 packages, 5 days apart, both were damaged...One carton was 'only' wet, the other was wet AND torn open in 3 gaping places, 2 of which were large enough to be 'leaking' parts! I was really worried pieces would be missing, or damaged, as I tried to construct it, as parts were literally hanging out of the 2nd box when it finally arrived.As it was a Birthday present for my Mother, I'd researched models and ultimately paid £160 for this, which I think is overpriced, because as soon as I purchased this, Ads popped up on my feed for the same product at £12.99! Ouch. Thankfully all parts were delivered and it only took me 1.5 hours to assemble (no experience, I'm rubbish with Flatpack and this was actually easier than I anticipated!! However... ALL INSTRUCTIONS WERE IN GERMAN. I got A* GCSE German and that was no help. I had to go by 4 drawings). I was unsurprisingly pretty underwhelmed by the product construction information provided, but surprisingly it is really robust and I'm really pleased with the final result! Its suspension means it is super comfortable, although the spin does make it slightly tricky for my 66 year old Mama to get in to... A bit like a rocky hammock... but she says it's worth it!

Good value excellent quality
Love our new chairs. Extremely easy to put together as my sons 16 & 18 followed instructions with no problems. It took 30 mins to assemble each chair. They were bigger than we expected. Definitely a good buy took less than a week to arrive. Very impressed

Had to return as the quality of the item was not good.When assembled swing leaned to one side and was uneven .Seller told. Me to loosen the bolt.This was unsatisfactory to me so asked for a refund. I was very disappointed that they did not return my postage costs which was50 pounds. As the goods were faulty I found this annoying. and I will ordering from thisSeller again. Disappointing experience
