I was cutting my lawn and than my machine started smoking. Shut down the blades and drove it to the top of the hill. The one pulley (this one) was smoking. Hosed it down and let it cool.I purchased this pulley and got it the next day! I just now finished cutting the lawn an hour after getting it delivered. Works great. The old one lasted 17 years.

I installed this item on a Scag Turf Tiger 61 inch and we have mowed with it without any issues. The center spindle seems to be a little taller that the original equipment version. I was concerned that the nylon lock nut might not be on far enough to stay locked, but so far so good. Still it concerns me enough that I will be checking the lock nut to see that it stays on and does not loosen. On the Turf Tiger the floor is hinged at the rear so you can lift it to inspect the belt and pulleys.

Bought this for a 2004 Scag 61" Turf Tiger that the pulley bearings had gone out on. Fit perfectly.

A good deal if you need it. Relatively easy to install and works as well as the OEM part (thusfar).

Took the old one off and the new one bolted right in place with no issues.

This is a great exact fit at a great price.

I can hear the engine running now. Before, all I heard was the grinding pulley bearing!

The idler worked perfect on SCAG 72 mower deck.
