I was looking something a little more complicated for my 7 month old son to play with, as he's recently started sitting up and he's quickly growing bored of his current toys.I'm so glad I spent a little extra to get this version of the Hide & Squeak eggs (rather than the version with the yellow box and white shells). I think they match the rest of the range far better (if you're collecting) and the colours are more engaging. Happily, my son got stuck in straight away!The "egg box" seems to be sturdy and secure - I certainly don't think my son would be able to open the box himself at this point and I can't see it popping open on its own. This makes it a handy self-contained toy which you could pack in a bag and take out somewhere with you.When you press down on the chicks, the squeaking is quite high-pitched - realistic, but it could become annoying depending on your tolerance levels. Once my son's figured out how to make them squeak himself, I might need to hide them away on days when I have a headache...Overall they're a very sweet little toy and I'm so happy I bought them! I'll be trying to get my hands on the rest of the Tomy egg range so I can tuck them away for Christmas.

A hit with the littles!
My daughter and all the bubbas who visit love playing with these eggs. The bright colours make them appealing and the shape and colour matching is great learning. You can even push the little chick's down inside for a squeak which the little love. Great quality product.

La idea y la funcionalidad es buena. Se trata de un juego pedagógico para los más pequeños, que desarrolla distintas destrezas. La parte mala es que se trata de un plástico de no muy buena calidad. En ese aspecto me ha decepcionado
