After a decade of fabric roofed gazebos, we decided on Polycarbonate roofed ones instead and search long and hard in all price ranges. We finally chose two Swanbournes, (3.6mx3m) to replace a single 3.5 circular gazebo.They were delivered on time and I cannot fault the product or packaging, everything is numbered and made assembly straightforward (not quick). The product design is good, it went together well and feels sturdy. It is a large build and with so many parts you have to expect fettling but the end result is very pleasing.We have received many compliments from neighbours and enquiries from friends who want similar.The two sets of curtains are great allowing protection from insects whilst allowing light in or full privacy and some light wind protection.We were able to use these into the evening with heating and next year we will look to add lighting.There were a couple of minor issues requiring replacements but enquiries to customer services were handled promptly and efficiently and I am glad that we purchased these gazebos.

Arrived in three boxes. Instructions clear and followed them to the letter. Expected to take us a couple of days and a few arguments but actually took approximately 5 hours and went together really well. We are very pleased with it. Looks amazing. Sturdy recommend fixing into the ground. It has just weathered the strong winds.Looking forward to some lazy days under the gazebo.

Looks beutifull when up ..easy for two to assemble , withstood gale force winds day after putting it up , its given me a place to see family safely outside during covidCustomer service was fantastic too

Lovely gazebo very classic in design and sturdy. Relatively easy to assemble. Looks absolutely stunning and a perfect space for use all year round. Brilliant service from seller and great, fast delivery. Thank you love it

Arrived earlier than expected but that was a bonus for us. It was extremely well packed in 3 separate boxes. 2 of us (60 and 70 years of age) erected in 9 hours, we had a couple of problems with holes not being drilled out properly and not matching up other than that perfect.

Lovely gazebo but a part was missing and no response to my email. I’m very disappointed.

this must be the first put together yourself item that i have enjoyed erecting workman ship was very good and solid all fitted perfectly without having to force or change anything it takes a while and some of the use with the alan key was fiddly but it was still a joy to put up would definately recommend
