Simply to assemble and use and quite sturdy when fixed in place with four cable ties.However, it did not chop fruit small enough even after putting the fruit through twice. I couldn't get all the juice out. I would need a considerable bigger more powerful press.The hopper on the top has lots of very sharp edges, beware when you are cleaning it, I cut my hands several times.I probably won't use it next year I'll go back to my old method with large food processor.I would not buy another one or recommend it to a friend.
