I use these daily. I am no Doctor. Everyone is different. I use these in combination with fish oil and turmeric. I do know that if I run out or stop, I will start having some joint pain. I am well into my 70s.

Our dog seems to like these pills. She actually waits for her daily pill right after dinner. We have noticed improvement in her mobility after being on this supplement, although she is also on Antinol (as recommend by our vet). She is on a raw diet, takes Antinol in the morning and this after dinner. Working for us so far. If I would have thought of it, we should have started this much sooner as a diet supplement.

So Ibhave increased foods that are natural anti-inflammatories and taking these pills. I read reviews and took the plunge and changed diet. I'm on 2nd bottle. I read yhat it can take 3 mos to reverse damage done by Keto lifestyle. I can sit more comfortably, Mountain biking doesn't hurt. The pain still comes if I lounge on the tender side of my body that was mostly affected for a long period. I hope that by 3rd bottle it's knocked out. I'm 41 and active, arthritis does not run in ny family. Thats just proof of how important a BALANCED diet is even if you're keto ....still eat well!If it doesn't improve, I can't justify the price point over vitamins at Walmart 🤷‍♀️

Good value for the money

Used another top name brand for years. Felt like something changed because knees and joints felt different and started to hurt more and more. I started using this and have been for 60 days now. This is a better quality product. Knowing I have bad knees and elbows (mostly old sports injuries when I was younger), I try to prevent as much pain, wear/tear as possible by icing after every workout or strenuous activity. These a great supplement on top of that, joints feel decent again.

I ordered this on Amazon because I couldn't order it on my local grocer's website. I picked the brand by cost, though I know there is little to no federal oversight on non-medical products like this. So far, no difference from what I buy locally when I can.
