Natural Coconut Shell Cup, 12 oz.

I bought this for my 10 year old so he could sit out at the pool and feel like he's on vacation. He loves it! I need to order a couple more.

I bought 6 of these mugs for a tropical theme party. The items arrived quickly and well packaged. They were all different sizes which was to be expected I guess. Some of them had cracks and although they description did mention that some of them would, I didn't think they would be so deep and apparent. The bottom part of the coconut is glued to a base so you can sit the mug on an even surface. The glue is thick and leaks all around, applied very sloppily. Unfortunately, any liquid inside leaks. It leaks from the bottom and from the sides and after two or three minutes the entire coconut mug is wet.This is a cheap product with a cheap price tag but expensive shipping. The only reason I'm not returning this is because the seller is asking me to pay for the shipping back. I feel ripped off.

I purchased the mugs thinking they would be reliable to use to plant small plants in. Within a very short time after planting a plant the shell splits. Very discouraging. I feel like I wasted my money. I have a couple left. I will try to find a use for them.

We turned 3 of these coconuts into a slightly wacky award that we hand out each week to colleagues. The coconuts have held up well, even when covered in gold paint and glued to a metal trophy.

Splinters that poke you in the mouth and the base came off within a month.

Looks real like a save coconut.
