I have dealt with headaches EVERY DAY for the last 30+ years. I have had several different diagnoses, yet no one has provided any relief short of medicating me out of my mind... Through this process I have discovered that many of the doctors and specialists I have seen are more interested in prescribing meds than figuring out what is going on to cause the headaches. I have heard everything from “you’re too stressed” to “you will just have to learn to deal with them”...Having said that, I have heard about (and attempted) to trigger the pressure point between my thumb and forefinger manually, with zero amount of success. So I was skeptical about this little device. But what the heck? It was under $20... This arrived in a very short amount of time and I just knew I had tossed $20 out the window. I took it out of the package, skepticism on full display, and slid it onto my hand in accordance with the directions... NOTHING!!! No relief, no tingling... NOTHING!!! I decided to leave it on while watching Jeopardy... it takes a little getting used to. By the end of Jeopardy, my headache had been pushed back to a dull background throb. I had taken nothing for it, either. So I thought maybe there IS something to this little widget. I wore it for the next couple of weeks and get this...!! I have gone from taking mega doses of OTC headache powders (the only thing that ever gave any relief) multiple times per day to taking maybe one regular dose every three days or less.Not to be overly dramatic...? But this little widget has literally given me a new lease on life!! I have recommended it to others, with varying degrees of success, and it has even given relief to my elderly mother...This is NOT a miracle cure by any stretch of the imagination. But it has afforded me the opportunity and the ability to wean myself from the OTC meds I have been slamming for the last 30 years. I still have headaches, and sometimes I must supplement the Acculief with a dose of medication. But this has worked wonders for my quality of life...

Too small for larger hand.

I have been a headache/migraine sufferer for most of my adult life & have tried everything!! For approx a year I had been using the combo of Botox & monthly injectables & have cut my headache days in half (I was still getting 10-12/ month that required prescription meds for relief). Since starting Aculief approx 2weeks ago, I’ve only had 2 headaches that were gone in 20-30 min of applying the clip & 1 migraine that required meds but its duration was lessened thanks to Aculief (I tend to wear mine intermittently throughout the day as a precaution & I think it’s helping with stress/tension & therefore reducing my headaches). Cautiously optimistic that this can allow me to eliminate my use of Botox...thanks!!!

Product is very uncomfortable to me --- tight and it pops off whenever I pick anything up or move my hand. So far has not relieved my headache... but still giving it a chance. When it comes off it leaves an imprint

This is a great tool for managing pain and energy. It's easy to use and small enough to carry in your pocket so you'll always be ready for that sudden headache or that 3 o'clock slump. It works for me!

The product did not stay on my skin. Uncomfortable. I don’t know if it helps a migraine because of those 2 issues.

Did not work for me

My wife has migraines ever so often and we've tried a variety of things to help her cope with them. When I heard about this, I wanted to give it a try and bought her a few to keep around the house whenever a migraine or headache appears. When she tried it, she complimented how well it works, and how much better she felt. Thank you Aculief!
