I’ve never used one of these before but I thought to start adding it to my routine. It’s strong and sturdy, not sharp so it doesn’t hurt my tongue. Brilliant quality and value for money! Easy to use. Does the job well and I’ve noticed my mouth feels more clean/ fresh after use

Decided to try this after having used a plastic tongue scraper also known as the "Orabrush" which is not great because; a) it's plastic and therefore not possible to sterilise and reuse, and: b) the plastic will end up in landfills and/or oceans, and I want to avoid adding to the problem as I deeply care about our planet and wildlife.Having read all the great reviews for this stainless steel tongue scraper, I thought it would be worth giving a go, and I am very happy I did because I have just found my new favourite tongue cleaning device! It cleans the tongue well, is easy to clean after use (just rinse with water), does not rust, and more importantly: is a sustainable product as it is possible to sanitise it fully and therefore will be used for many years to come. Good for the environment, good for oral hygiene, and great for your wallet!I have taken away one star from my rating as I think it is unnecessary that the tongue scraper comes in plastic packaging as seen in attached photos. I would have loved it if it came wrapped in cardboard only. Had this for years now, no rust and still as good as new! The metal is flexible so it’s easy to fit into your mouth. Great if you have a gag reflex and can’t brush your tongue with a normal tooth brush without almost crying and throwing up like me. My gagging has greatly reduced since buying this and cleaning my tongue is a much more pleasurable experience now. As pleasurable as tongue cleaning can get anyway…

As an alternative to Dr. Tung's tongue cleaner, this appears to be more robust and should offer many years of service.Quality of manufacture appears to be very good, the packaging mentions a diamond blasted finish. You will need to adapt to it very slightly as it is slightly longer and there are no rubber handles to grip on to. After that get accustomed to its benefits: the item is manufactured from a rod of stainless steel with stainless steel caps acting as the handles. Inherently stronger and less likely to bend upwards out of its handles.The cleaning edge is made by flattening the rod at the midway point, and polished to ensure no sharp edges. No rubber handles to perish & tear from usage so no bacteria getting in there to hide and multiply.At first I felt the cleaning edge wasn't as effective as the Dr. Tung's alternative, but after a few uses I've come to realise Dr. T was a little too aggressive.For the negligible price increase, I think this offers better value and quality over it's more well-known doctored alternative.Get this and Dr. Tungs brush and Gel and your tongue will be purrfectly clean.

The product is great product good quality easy to use & value for money. This is a new company to Amazon so give them support rather than the big ones who rake it in…. I’ve nothing to do with them by the way!

I was on the look out for a new tongue scraper as my current one had seen its last legs. Checking the reviews I decided to go with this one. I prefer a metal scraper and stainless steel is a benefit.The quality of the product is good, nice and study. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is due to the diameter of the scarping area, I think this could have been bigger and bend around the handles a bit more. My current one does and I would have preferred this one to have as well.

I use this every night as a part of my oral hygiene routine and it's so satisfying to see all the gunk that I can scrape out with it. It's the sort of satisfaction you get when you pop a pimple, ya feel me?It doesn't scrape off 100% of the gunk but it's good enough for me. I'd say it gets off 90% of the white stuff on your tongue.Tongue brushes tend to make me gag but these don't do that, which is great. The design is simple so just a quick rinse with water will keep it clean.Simple and effective. That's all I can ask for!
