The product arrived well packaged and much faster than expected. From there it's all downhill. Instruction booklet was virtually useless, with pictures using Chinese characters and hard-to-decode english grammar. Consequently it took hours of trial and error to complete basic settings, such as the correct date and time, or understanding the tuning and seek features of the radio. Although the interface appears to suggest that the GPS has traffic updates, I have not yet figured out to get that feature set up. Blue tooth interferes with radio and requires a power down to reset it. This deck has a constant-power wire that would allow the radio to function when the ignition key is removed. After the radio powered down, it turns back on after approximately 2 minutes making this function unusable. I also had to purchase an additional attennae to get AM and FM reception. This does not have satellite radio capbilities. This deck was a screaming good price but, you need to be open minded about living with some unexpected difficiencies.

Returned item. Hopefully I get most of what I paid for it back into my account.
