NSIFS-136 Fireblock136 Residential Rated Non-Combustible Fire Block, 10.3 oz Caulk Tube, for Residential Applications, Red

Used it to replace the gaskets in a propane gas grill burner. Also, worked to fill in the gaps where the former gaskets were located. Easy to use with standard caulking gun.

Used to put my pellet stove pipes together

I don't have any experience with other brands of fireblock but this seemed to cure quite brittle, not sure how long it will last if there's any relative motion between your parts due to thermal expansion and contraction over time

This product works as easily as any caulk in a standard hand-operated caulk gun. The product is a pink color and the color remains once the caulk has dried. This time the product was used to fill small openings its the garage drywall.

A perfect solution, this fire stop / sealant goes in easily and spreads well with a gloved finger. This is a little more slick and gritty than calling - hard to explain - but it hardens up really well with a short cute time. I'm going a little overboard with this stuff in all stud penetrations to prevent any potential fire from spreading as fast as it would without this product. This slows the spread of flames throughout walls in the house. Why scrimp? This is excellent insurance.

Nothing on the tube states that is ul1479 listed/tested.
