Quite thin paper but lovely selection of colourful blooms

I probably favoured only half of the styles which is a little naughty and wasteful of me, but some lovely original style cherry blossoms.I'll have to explore some more intricate origami designs which hide the colour and patterns more for the pages I'm less fond of

I bought this paper hoping that I could cut out the small flowers to make jewellery, pendants really!Only to find that they have repeated the coloured patterned paper several times, instead of using a different colour as a background, a lot of brown dark colour. Boring? My aim was to use them as pendants, then putting some epoxy resin over them in a bezel? I might try one and see how it goes. But I am disappointed that they couldn't have included more vibrant colours instead of the repetition of brown colour so frequently? I will not be buying anymore now.

I use many different origami papers and, from the Tuttle range, this is one of my favourites.The patterns are beautiful and the paper quality is very good. It folds and creases well. Recommended.

As you can see in my picture the colors aren't as vibrant as the advertising pictures show. I actually prefer the muted color for my project...they look more vintage. 4" paper makes a pretty small crane, which is what I want. I plan to display my cranes in a shadow box when I'm done. 1000 cranes made from 6" paper is like, a lot of cranes lol. I probably wouldn't buy this size for anything besides cranes or modular oragami.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Papier. Verschiedene Origami Figuren lassen sich sehr gut damit falten. Ich kann das Papier nur empfehlen.
