Kneading Fingers Neck & Back Massager

I read the reviews before I bought this item. I has a cheapo one years ago I bought at the drugstore. This product is the bomb, and the reviews were right. My boyfriend and I fight over who gets to use it every night. I have a small neck, but the placement of the "fingers" still allows me to really get a deep massage in the back of my neck, and all around my spine. I have had chronic neck and back issues for over twenty years, massage and chiropractic keep me able to be active and not is constant pain. This is a really quality massager, it is very strong, which I like. I am very happy with the product, it was worth the money and I am thrilled with it! You can lay it on the floor and lay on it, or put it in a chair, couch, etc. I like the timer, because it automatically does 10 minutes, which is usually just right.

I had a double fusion in my neck several years ago and I still suffer from pinched nerves the causes discomfort in my arms and hands on a daily basis. The kneading fingers action of this machine works well but only in a laying down position. I tried using it sitting up in a high back chair but the device is too heavy, and cumbersome to handle even though it has two built in handles on the sides. It does not do as well as my husband can at massaging my neck but it does help me to get through the day when he is not available. We both have used the Massager on our lower back area and it does much better on the back than it does on the neck.

This machine is awesome, really works and is built well. But it is heavy and sometimes hard to get all situated behind me while I'm in my chair.

I debated whether or not to spend this kind of money for a massager for my 90-year-old mother…but it was worth every penny! For years she had used the inexpensive Shiatsu Kneeding Massagers. Recently, due to slight dementia, she burned out the motors on two units because she left the room while they were still running.She has always had back/neck pain issues and with osteoarthritis, this is the only (non-medication) at-home therapy that helps keep her pain at bay. She absolutely loves it…it’s quiet, effective, easy to operate, and best of all, it has a timer with auto shutoff. The massager can be set for 10, 20, or 30 minutes. A few days after she got it, I went to visit her and noticed that when she got up to greet me, she forgot to turn off the unit…so I know I made the right decision.

Too rough for my neck. Some people might enjoy but I was worse after use than before. Sent it back.

I bought this item as a gift for my mother on the strength of all these great reviews. It worked well for 5 days and then all of a sudden it simply would not turn on, no noise whatsoever just 'totally dead,' in my mom's words. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Was hoping this would be the massager that she'd have for years to come like so many others have written about.

I am sure I received a used massager: there was no packaging; no paperwork; and the identification plate was scratched like it had been dragged on the floor. But you know what? I don't care because I got a good price on this item, and it really seems durable. I've worn out several Home Medics shiatsu massagers, and I don't think this unit was made with plastic moving parts. I recommend this excellent shiatsu massager.

it stopped working within 30 days of arriving. contacted customer support of seller (not amazon). they asked me to s*** it back to them. it cost me $25. they shipped it back to me after 2-3 weeks. The device was working again. But I have no idea why it failed , what was fixed etc. I have not used it much since. its just lying there in some corner. This product comes with lifetime warranty which is good, but i wish they had at least informed me what went wrong with it within 1 month. Did I get a faulty piece? I have no way of knowing. Plus i didnt like the fact that I had to pay to ship it back to them .They could have covered the shipping cost knowing that their device stopped working within 1 month of sale date.that said, the kneading effect was pretty good.
