Really nice helmet
I wanted to try this brand for a long time. I’m glad I finally did. Comfortable, well ventilated and very light.

Comfortable fit
My new lazer G1 helmet arrived a month ago to prepare for spring riding. I’d have never thought that on February 9th that I’d be able to get out for a 40 miler (upstate New York near Syracuse).The helmet fits great with terrific airflow, good styling and most importantly super rating (number 12 out of 223 helmets rated) by the Virginia Tech helmet ratings list.

Great helmet !
Rated one of the best in the VA Tech Helmet Study. It fits great and it feels almost weightless. The helmet comes with an innovative tightening system that is very easy to use. That tightness does get a little slack over time and needs a little more constant adjustment than I’d like but that’s a minor quibble. Definitely a great helmet!

Nice but
It’s nice, but the clip to strap the helmet onto your head is so stiff that once you clipped in it’s virtually impossible to get it off

Light and safe
I ride 200+ miles per week and needed a new helmet. After reading several reviews, I decided to go for the Lazer G1.I have used the helmet now for over 500 miles and be very happy with it.The helmet fits well, is extremely light and provides excellent cooling.

Really a nice help. I forget I have it on.
The adjacent wheel is located perfectly. Light as a ball cap by much more comfortable.

My husband loves this
Although not inexpensive I do not believe cost should be the biggest issue while trying to protect our most valuable organ. So may people try to save money on helmets, or don't use them at all. After spending many years working in the ICU I know first hand the value of a good helmet. Had I not been wearing one when I crashed and hit my head breaking my helmet 12 years ago I do not believe I would be fully functioning today

Strange fit and rear adjustment is loose
This helmet quickly turned into my backup helmet when my other ones are wet or I just rotate helmets. I’ve also raced in this helmet and done climbing time trials with it.Pros; wind noise is lowIt’s light.Styling is great.Jumbo team uses it.Vents are on point.Crash test ratings are top shelf.It works.Cons; it slides back on my head after a bitAdjustment knob roller is cheaply made and doesn’t stay tightSeems it’s built for long oval shaped heads or egg shaped heads.For reference, bell, giro, specialized, and kask all fit my head really well.Wanted to love this helmet but fit and adjustment is just not great, average or below par at best, and so I tolerate it on shorter rides, but not the helmet I want on anything 3 hrs or more.It works. Maybe it will work better for you and your head shape. Try it out but I recommend sticking with brands you know already fit your head.
