Perfect for yoga, stretch, split practice, Pilates. I would use a cleaning spray next time not soap. Took forever to rinse off. The yoga mat is thick which is great for my needs. Nice and long too. Worth every penny.

Great set
I bought this set for working out and doing yoga. The mat is just the right thickness for me and the grip is pretty good. The different size blocks are a great addition as well.

Perfect set for at home use. I’m tall so I like the length of the mat. Blocks are two different thicknesses. Strap is sturdy
