Are they removable ? 🙌

The Mini GLUE DOTS are of the strongest bond so they are not considered removable. They will come off but will rip papers. It depends on the surfaces of your application as to how hard it will be to remove the glue dots.. If you want the removable kind, we do have those but not in the 3/16". Are the glue dots supposed to face the inside or outside of the roll? My old roll they faced out, this one they face in, if that makes sense.

Will these work on vellum?

These will most likely work on vellum. The problem is they may show through the vellum. You might want to try them on an inconspicuous place to see if that will be acceptable to you.

Can you use these for making jewelry?

I believe you can. These are permanent dots but because of their size I would test to make sure they are going to hold the jewelry the way you want it to. The weight of the jewelry can have an effect on how well it holds. Please test to make sure they hold the way you would like.
