This stuff is amazing. I've never used it, or anything like it before. A while back, I had a full blood workup. My doc advised that my liver function wasn't where it should be. She also said I needed to lose around 20 lbs, which I carried right around my belly.I started using the Optimized Jiaogulan a few months ago. I didn't notice anything different during the first 30-45 days, except that my appetite changed. Without me really noticing at first, I stopped craving high-fat, high-sugar foods. I also dropped coffee cravings to the point that I went from 1-2 large mugs per day to a half cup of coffee every now and then.Once I hit the 60-day mark, everything changed. Without changing my activity level, I've dropped every bit of the 20 pounds. I look better and feel better too. I just had a follow-up with my doc after new blood work. She was amazed as I was! My liver function is back to where it was when I was MUCH younger. My cholesterol levels are, in her words, "perfect" (my "bad" cholesterol levels were way too high previously). I highly recommend this product. Ignore the negative ratings. Most are from people who just didn't take this product long enough to experience the benefits. This stuff is AMAZING

I have been taking this 2 times daily for about 3 weeks now. I definitely notice that I have less of an appetite. I haven't really changed my diet but I am definitely eating less without feeling deprived. I will be ordering another bottle to see if these effects are sustainable. I have lost about 2 pounds without even trying and it does seem to be mainly in the abdominal area. As far as increased energy, I am not really feeling that effect. I am happy with the lessened appetite. This supplement has a very earthy taste and smell. I try to swallow it quickly and the taste/smell doesn't linger. After I am done with the next bottle, I will update my review.6/24/16 UPDATEI am updating my review since I am almost done my second bottle. I will be ordering a third. I have not really changed my diet, in all fairness I was a pretty healthy eater anyway. My problem was that I never felt full. I was constantly eating. Even healthy food has calories so I needed a solution.This seems to work for me. I can't believe how much it has curbed my appetite! I am down 10 pounds since starting this. I went down 2 pants sizes!I have also finally started to feel more energetic. Losing 10 pounds has probably contributed to that.I wish the price was a bit lower, or that you could purchase a multi-pack for a lesser price, but it is what it is.Very happy with this product!

Inner seal of bottle was gone/missing when it arrived. I ordered this for my father and he threw it away before I could get him to mail it back. He said he opened it up and the seal was missing. Very disappointing since I spent over an hour scouring listings and reviews to find what seemed like the highest quality jiaogulan available.

Too soon to tell

Tried for a month and exercised but did not work.

I'm 55 and really forgot what I was taking it for so I stopped. That's until I was shopping on Amazon and this came up again. Read the reviews and I'll go try again. By the way I take a few meds and bunch of supplements daily so it was easy to forget especially when the name doesn't make any sense.lol

I love this product. I started feeling positive benefits in the first week. A chronic abdominal discomfort I have experienced for years began to improve within days. Although I am not certain if this is related, I also started sleeping better at the same time. I am very impressed so far.

I started taking this a couple of weeks ago. Full disclosure, I'm also doing a Whole30, so it's hard to say specifically what is helping what. However, I must say I've noticed a bigger difference in belly fat decrease and waist circumference. No, I didn't measure, but clothes that were bordering on too tight are now almost loose. It's definitely worth a try!
