Good keyboard. Already broke a key, but maybe user error?
The media could not be loaded. So I like the keyboard and mouse combo. They are both sleek and easy to move and the single usb port is useful too. I’ve only had this for 6 months and I already broke a key. Maybe it’s my fault because of the way I type. But I had hoped it would have lasted longer. I am a special education teacher, so I use it frequently. But not so much as I should already worry about a broken key. I’ll make it work for now, but I guess I have to buy the annoying large clicky keyboard to have one that lasts.

Excellent Customer Service
I purchased this keyboard just under a year ago. I use it daily as my primary work keyboard. Unfortunately, the tab holding one of the keys recently broke off. I contacted the manufacturer directly asking for a replacement for that key. They responded to my email in less than 24 hours. We exchanged a couple emails as they asked for reasonable clarification and my contact information. They exceeded my expectations in resolving the issue and I would buy from this company again due to the positive experience.

Nice combo, and quiet, but really compact
Let me say up front that this is one of the quietest keyboards I've ever used. And the tactile feel is great. And I absolutely like the mouse. The down-side (for me anyway), is that it is a fairly petite keyboard. My old full-size keyboard (the one being replaced) is a full three inches wider. So, with that compactness comes some difficulty (again, for me) in hitting keys naturally / intuitively, and without hitting the wrong thing. I can't say that's a bad thing really, just a bit smaller than I expected; picture a small to mid-size laptop computer sized keyboard layout. It's also compact height-wise, so if you're looking for a portable keyboard for traveling or something of that nature, this would be a winner in that it's light and won't take up much space. An added bonus is that the mouse has a nice storage spot for the dongle.Last note, the mouse has an On/Off switch, but the keyboard does not. So, if stuffing this in a backpack plan to remove the keyboard batteries first.

Amazing (Edit)
I just received this yesterday. It's incredible. It's smaller than the usual keyboard, but it just takes getting used to. I read a review that said someone was a fast typist, but the keys were off place, or smaller. You're literally just shifting your fingers a half inch to the left from home keys. It shouldn't take more than a day or two to adjust. The style and design is very cool. I've also been looking for a better mouse. I'm rating battery life to 4 out of 5, because it's only been a day. Other than that, I'd recommend this to anyone. If you want something not expensive at all, and fast delivery (received mine within a few hours) then buy this now!

It's...Meh...
I mean, its a $30 keyboard and mouse so I never expected much and the keyboard isn't so bad to use and is better quality than the one I replaced it with. Also the tracking on the mouse works without a mousepad which is nice but with or without a mousepad its still not great. Which brings me to the bad parts and why I ultimately returned this. The mouse had a wrapped base so it wobbled, the tracking as I mentioned before is jittery for lack of a better description and did not get better with a mousepad. They keyboard after just a few days of very light use, no dropping or anything like that, sounded like something was loose inside then became warped. Again, it stayed on my desk and I didn't drop it or anything so it was weird that it just became warped and wobbly like the mouse.Overall it would do in a pinch but I suggest going with a different keyboard/mouse combo in this price point or going with something a little higher quality.

Highly portable. Outstanding key protector.
Pulling it out of the box, the keyboard and mouse felt flimsy and so light as to be unusable. Quickly found out there is no problem in functionality. The keyboard sits firmly, and keys are well spaced. The soft transparent key cover fits perfectly and does not interfere with use; it effectively prevents damage from spills, popcorn, etc. The mouse feels a little light but is accurate and sufficiently responsive for routine activities. Very nice looking and could easily fit in a bag or backpack. I bought this set to better use my Surface (which has a small removable keyboard) as a PC. Works well.

Their “year warranty” is apparently a lie
I bought this a just over a year ago and it was broken. However, due to a move and personal circumstances I didn’t find this out until after the Amazon return window closed. They claim a year warranty so I emailed the email address they give in the package and on their website for support. I received no response to three separate emails. It is now past even that point, but I wanted to warn any others thinking of buying here.More specific details below to the actual problems as well for any interested. For the most part everything seems good, but I have two problems, one minor, and one major. The minor problem is some strange behavior from the mouse where it will stop tracking for a few seconds, though the mouse buttons still work. This is not a huge annoyance as long as I’m not using it for something precise like gaming. The keyboard however seems to have a major defect that makes it nearly unusable. When I first connected it, everything seemed fine, but after using it for a few minutes I noted that whatever I was working on started behaving erratically like a browser constantly refreshing and not letting me do anything. As soon as I disconnect the keyboard the problem stops. At a minimum it seems that there is a problem with the “F5” key, but I’m uncertain if that’s the only thing.I’ve tried resolving the issues on my own with no luck. I reset them both multiple times including disconnecting and reconnecting them and following the instructions that came with them. When I did step two for the keyboard and held “ESC” and “= +” buttons for 5 seconds (or more) as instructed the low light of the keyboard didn’t flash as mentioned in the instructions and I didn’t notice any change. It does seem to be a mechanical issue anyway.
