H2O Intense Strengthening Night-Time Treatment Unisex by Mizani, 5 Ounce

This night repair cream is awesome! it does what it says for your hair. I noticed strength in my hair after a week or so. My hair was breaking and not feeling strong at all. This night repair is doing the trick. I do believe that the best results come from washing and conditioning your hair first. Then you want to towel dry your hair and put the night repair in your scalp in sections. You don't have to separate your hair in many sections but I think 7 to 10 sections depending on your head size would be sufficient to get the product in your scalp. Some people put product on the top of the hair and ends thinking that the product will work its way down to your scalp on its own and this is not true. You need to take the time to part your hair in sections and apply it. I usually find a nice firm brush after I have put the night repair in my scalp and after I have combed through my hair to clear the kinks. I brush it all back and put it in a ponytail to dry the rest of the way on its own. I do apply the night repair two more times during the week for added strength. I hope this review helps you. Like one poster, I, too have long relaxed hair (well past my shoulders) that used to be coarse (thick) but is now getting finer (your hair can go back and forth that way for different reasons). My hair is also ridiculously dry and my professional stylist does not like to use product. My very dry work environment only exacerbates the situation. But unlike one poster, I found this Mizani H20 Intense to be great! It leaves my hair soft, shiny, and moisturized without being greasy, or weighing it down at all. I've got body for days. I only use it maybe three times a week. At night, dime-sized dollop, work it through, brush it through, wrap it and go to bed. In the morning it's gorgeous. And it smells HEAVENLY! I love Mizani products and this one is no exception. It's expensive, yes. But try it. If it works for you - great. If not, you know not to use it anymore.

I purchased this nighttime treatment because I like to try new products and I wanted to see if it was better than my current system. I have relaxed hair, long, past my shoulders, and it's fine or thin-textured. I usually wash my hair every other night, apply a leave-in conditioner, hair gloss, then a few drops of jojoba oil. Wrap or braid it and its ready the next morning. Instead of doing all that, I applied this product...BIG mistake. First my hair smelled bad the next morning and on top of that, it wasn't moisturized. I was kinda greasy. This product is fairly expensive and I believed this to be a more "high-end" black hair care product. I should have read the ingredents list before purchase. In the first 4 or 5 ingredients, it lists "water, mineral oil, and petroleum". These ingredients are very cheap. There is no reason for this product ot be so high in cost. You can always tell the quality of a product by reading the ingredients list. Those that are listed first are the ones that are most in abundance...when you get to the end of the list, those are at trace amounts. Folks with relaxed hair need to stay very far away from mineral oil and petro heavy products. The do not moisterize the hair but rather it just sits on top and makes the hair look dirty and greasy. I basically used this the one time and absolutely hated it! I thought about trying other products from this line but my experience with this product was so bad (had bad hair day for 2 days until I washed it again using my old system)I think I'll stick to Nexxus, Design Essentials or KeraCare products.

Great product but I use it differently than suggest on the container and by others. My hair is weird I guess with this product lol. I have natural (never had a perm) thick long hair. I used this on my hair, about a quarter sized amount since I have thick hair, after I have straightened it and wrap it. The next morning it is shiny (not oily) and kind of nice looking. I found that when I go over my hair a second time with my flat iron after letting this sit overnight while my hair is wrapped, I get better silkier results. I get sooo many compliments on my hair when I use it this way (straightening it again after I leave it on over night). At first I thought this product was a dud but I found a different way to use. This is now a staple product for me.

My hairdresser warned me about over hydrating my fine oily hair. I heard such good reviews about this product, so I bought it even knowing it could possibly mess up my hair. I've had it several months now, and using it once or twice a week I believe my hair has become softer and less damaged. I use it at night and wash it out the next morning and haven't noticed any more oil that normal even on days after the treatment. My hair really looks best on days after treating, so I may move up my treatments to three or four days a week if I get brave.

I love Mizani!!! I love this product. It works great. I put H20 on my hair at night before wrapping my hair in my silk scarf and it makes my hair feel so soft and silky. I'm not a huge fan of the smell but it's not overpowering and it works great so I don't mind that much. I have seen about 3 inches of growth in less than a year in my relaxed hair. I have always had terrible breakage so this is quite a pleasant change. If your hair is weak, breaking off and dry like mine WAS try Mizani, give the brand a chance, and see the results. I use Mizani butter blend relaxer, mizani butter rich moisturizer, Kerafuse, Hydrafuse, and H20 moisturizer. I'm so glad my cousin told me about this and I'm proud to share this with all of you reading this review.

This is great product for those who hair is dry and frizzy! I use this product at night and wrap my hair with a silk scarf. I had to purchase the Mizani Iron curl cream because my hair is frizzy on my left side and silky straight on the right. I like this product because I don't have to use so much hair oil. It doesn't make your hair feel greasy unless you use to much. Follow the directions exactly. If you hair is not so dry all the time skip a day or use it as needed. Try it and see if it works for you. I'm very pleased with this product because I felt that creams made my hair fizzy and unmanageable. I was very doubtful but now I recommend it more than anything!

I have been adding the smallest amount to the ends of my hair whilst dry and it makes it soft and silky. After just a few uses my hair is in a much better condition than it was and it was ruined due to lots of bleaching. Cannot recommend highly enough.

very moisturising. bought it as i moved to spain and use every few days. It's good and i think its helped with the strength of my hair as its natural and i use straighteners for my leave out. a little goes a long way, nice smell.

Tried this product for the first time. Leaves your hair soft and beautiful next morning. Have to cover my hair overnight for maximum silky result. Also use it in the day sometimes. Thanks

Love this night treatment. My hair feels amazing and super soft the next day. I add a little coconut oil after I've worked this into my hair to help seal in the treatment.ps. A little goes a long way
