The containers are small sized jars. If you go to your local beauty supply store you could look at a small size jar of hair grease and gaze the size. Hope this helps.

Do you apply this hair grease to wet or dry hair? Is it only for the scalp?

I use this grease on both wet and dry hair. It's a nice grease that has many uses. The scent is skin friendly, as well. I've been using it for years!

I have wavy, but very thick hair, I also have a very sensitively scalp. Will this product hold my hair in a style, and will it help remedy dandruff?

No it will not hold your hair in a style. It was recommended by someone who was going thru chemo with me to help with my dry scalp. I still use it on my scalp weekly after I shampoo my hair. I love it !! Highly recommend this product!
