Bought this to replace the siagon cinnamon. A bit of a different flavor than other cinnamon but this one is so much better for you. Tastes great too.

If your like me your were looking for real cinnamon, instead of the so-called fake cinnamon that is in stores. As a big cinnamon fan and avid user of it, I decided to make the switch. I purchased this and was delighted that it is in fact, real, but the taste is very different than the cinnamon you used to. Stick to it and get used to the taste.

There was no cinnamon IN this bag. It had the look of cinnamon and that is where the similarity ended. It was a strange and unpleasant smell that came out of it. The pleasant aroma of cinnamon? NOPE. The pleasant taste? (Yes, unfortunately, I tasted it.) NOPE. I will never order this brand again. I thought I could because it was a smaller size this time. NOPE.I use cinnamon on a bulk basis and this was truly disappointing. I like Ceylon Cinnamon for its excellent taste and aroma. Thus I am quite familiar with how it is supposed to smell and taste. In the meantime, I have to wonder just what WAS in that bag.
