From a Costa Rican coffee elitist-The cherry on top!
I have been a faithful Roblesabana coffee lover for over years. I start every day with the Tarrazu variety. Now, Las Lajas has risen to my #1 favorite. It is as rich as the other Reoblesabana varieties, with a very mild honey after-taste. The fact that it is organic and produced by Costa Rican women entrepreneurs is the cherry on top!

Delicious coffee with zero bitterness, but very expensive!
I had no idea what to expect from this flavor since I had never tried anything like it before. However, after trying it, the flavor is pretty good, but it is not really anything special, just more like a plain medium roast flavor coffee. After opening the bag, the smell was pretty strong and good.Pros:1- Good flavor with great aroma.Cons:1- The bag for this coffee is not resealable, which is bad since pretty much all others I have ever tried are resealable. 2- The coffee grains are lumpy as you can see in one of the pictures, but it is not really a big deal. 3- The coffee is pretty expensive if you ask me. As of right now, it is $37.50 for two bags, which is very expensive compared to similar coffees I have tried.Overall, the coffee tastes good and has a great aroma. But I am not sure if I would recommend it since the flavor is not really anything special and the coffee is very expensive.

Best coffee ever!
This is the best coffee I ever tried! It tastes really good and smells delicious! Its balanced acidity makes it enjoyable for my breakfast! I highly recommend it! This is high quality Costa Rican coffee! Try it!

If you like Costa Rican coffee, I mean really like what makes CR coffee distinct, you need to try this. So smooth with a subtle richness. Not bitter. Low acidity. Just that velvety smoothness of a quality Costa Rican coffee. The business model and practices or this company are a plus, but they had me at my first cup. I like a variety of coffees and coffee flavor profiles and enjoy mixing things up over time, but have a special place for really good CR. This is that.
