Extremely easy to clean
This is fab. Non stick meant exactly that and it cooks really evenly. I've only made chapatis on it so far but I'm sure it'll be excellent for pancakes.

Disappointed
The handle is too low and imbalances the tabs so it does not sit correctly on the stove. Also it is too light for chaplains and parathas.
