Calorie deficit is where we need to be in order to lose weight. I need salad dressing though for flavor. These little packets have 0 calories. I am willing to pay for something that works for me and this does. I even use some of the packets on my fish or chicken to flavor the protein for 0 calories. Some of the salad dressings out there can ruin our diets with over 100 calories for each serving. These don’t taste as good as full fat dressing of course but they are extremely flavorful for 0 calories and give me enough taste to stick to my salads.

When deliverd the packages are squez and broken in the bag,been tring to get in touch with them for 2 weeks mo respond.Unfortunately customer service for them is out the window,if u planning to get dressing maybe a bottle or go to a different brandOther wise their ok but I won't get them

There wasn’t a good mixture of flavors. Mostly the bacon one. I would have liked more variety.

I was surprised at the flavor of the dressing. Past experience of zero cal dressing kinda set me up for a repeat, but this was very tasty and thick, it's been able to help keep me on plan.

I approach low calorie foods with a sense of apprehension. Usually there is an unsatisfactory trade off. A lack of calories is usually matched by either a lack of or unpleasant taste. However not only do these packets help you not to gain weight, they also succeed in providing a very fulfilling taste experience.

I enjoyed the salad dressing.

I really appreciate the size of these dressing packets. They fit nicely in a pocket to take into a restaurant. The dressing flavor themselves are very tasty too.
