Yum
These were great flavor and very much enjoyed. I did feel they were a little pricey for the amount you received.

Best I've ever had
Cannot believe an olive can be so good. Large with firm, abundant meat. And taste? It just doesn't get any better. I love Cerignola olives in general and these are my favorites .

Mushy, Not Firm and Meaty as Advertised
I enjoy martinis, and I'm always on the hunt for a good martini olive. My wife bought these for me as a birthday present, believing they would be worth the price based on the description that they have a "meaty crisp texture" and "hold[] up well." They are neither. The olives in the top of the jar had some, but very little crispness; but after the top layer the olives have all been pure mush. To say that I'm disappointed in this $30..00 jar of pitted mush is an understatement of epic proportions. I've had better olives from the bottom shelf at a grocery store. Not sure where all these 5-star reviews came from, but they clearly had different olives than me.

Peerless Olives
What separates these olives from the more common store-offerings is: their saline solution is mild so the salt flavor is not overpowering, but very slight; they are very large. For me they are well worth the price, incuding the shipping cost. I have found no other offering to be thier equal.Bella di Cerignola Olives by DeCarlo

Best Olives You’ve Never Had - completely unlike other olives
I got hooked on these olives by an Italian deli owner. They are not well known to Americans who are usually limited to standard black olives or green olives and have opinions about both. This olive is NOT those. It is delicious, firm and fruity. It is not strongly bitter like standard green olives at all. I could eat these all day and sadly I do.

It's one jar for your money. Not worth it.
I misunderstood the price was $26 for ONE jar. Ridiculous. I thought it was for two. That said...zero value...I've had larger and better tasting Cerignola olives.

old Italy flavors
The taste was so smooth and the olives excellently large. I shared them with my sister and had to put the lid on them to keep her from eating them all. They reminded me of the olives my Nona used to buy at the small Italian food grocer in Chicago when I was growing up. Thanks for that old taste of Italy, DeCarlo's. I was also pleasantly surprised at the size and amount of olives in the jar. The packaging was very old country and beautifully done.
