I’ve been using this face wash for almost a month, I wanted to give it a couple weeks to see how my skin responded to it.Lather is amazing, you get a nice foam on your face. I have had no skin irritation and the strong turmeric smell doesn’t stay on your skin after (although it’s very intense while using it).It’s not a big bottle but I only use a dime size each time so I think it will be worth the price.My skin feels amazingly clean and refreshed after, there’s this subtle “cooling” effect.I have been on chemo (and other medications) for 5 years and my skin is horribly dry and damaged, it’s been a long and strenuous journey trying to find something that hydrates without breaking me out or making my face blotchy. So far I’m very happy with this product. I also purchased the Himalaya night cream moisturizer and love that as well, although I don’t use it every night.Effectiveness: 5/5

Hard for me to describe... First let me say I'm 43 yrs old and not a beauty product hound. I have very oily skin at my T zone and so far I've never been plagued by ance, just the normal pimples and blackheads. But the oil, oh the never ending oil. So far it washes clean like soap does and haven't noticed (yet) any changes in blemishes and such. But the smell!!! Omg the smell! I read the reviews and people said it's not bad...ah yeah okay get your nose checked. The smell almost reminds me of heavily chemicaled cheap plastic (but the product itself doesnt seem to be cheap).This is no where near "pretty". My husband went to give me a kiss a few minutes after I washed my face and jumped back from me as if I bit him. It was the smell and mind you that I had no other products on (never wear makeup etc). I let my neighbors smell it and they both freaked out in disbelief that I would actually put it on my skin. The pro I noticed with the product is that a little goes a long way and lathers very well. Oh and it hasn't dried my skin out anywhere on my face. Would I buy it again? Yes, if it smelled better, a lot better! I wish I had better info to relay to the person reading this that has never tried it. It doesn't hurt to try it and it doesn't seem to be junk.....just different from flower smelling stuff.

This face wash is very good and smells very nice. It smells like lemongrass and is very soft for the skin. I feel very moisturized after using this product and it feels very good after washing it off with cold water. The feeling is very smooth and clean. I have sensitive skin and the effect is very cooling and moisturizing. It does not irritate my skin at all and leaves it feeling very clean and nice. I would highly recommend this product even though it is a tad bit expensive for a face wash. If you can afford it, I would highly recommend this face wash. If you don't really mind expensive face washes, this product might not be the best for you.

It's hard to find face stuff that works for me. I use to suffer from painful cystic acne in my teenage years and at 28 I still get acne now mild to moderate. I have been using this face wash for a month now and I love it. It isn't over moisturizering(I have very oily skin). It cleans my face and makes it feel refreshed and my skin isnt as red like some face washes leave my face. I am also super sensitive to scents to the point where I get headaches and feel nauseous. But this scent is so light and natural it makes me feel happy to be able to use something that smells good. Compared to my other face wash I had been using since forever, this face wash is now my new staple. I hope this face wash works out for others as much as It does for me.

I love this facewash. I've been using it for 2 or 3 years now. I chose it because I was searching for a facewash that doesn't contain cetyl alcohol (a.k.a. fatty alcohols) which is a moisturizing ingredient in many skin products but it breaks me out. I also wanted something that doesn't contain sodium lauryl sulfate because that dries out my skin. This stuff removes makeup and cleans my face with just a pea-sized amount. One of these bottles lasts me about three months (washing my face twice a day) so I consider it a good value. I only hope other people keep buying it so they'll keep making it!Update 8/2/17: As others have mentioned, they changed the formula when they changed the bottle design from dark green to white. The product used to be a thick gel - very concentrated and you could use a small amount. Now it is a thin liquid. I'm very dissatisfied. It pours out of the bottle (poor design) so you end up wasting product. It also seems much less concentrated before and you have to use a larger amount to achieve the same results. It looks like they only changed one ingredient from inspecting the old bottle vs the new one - a thickening ingredient. However, I also believe they use more water now and a lower concentration of the other ingredients.
