I used my frame once and it's out of square. Is there any way to square it back up?

and is one inch allowance on each side enough? Someone just answered me that the cloth would not be secure that way.

That is true, tomsmom, I would like for the clamps not to be on the finished area of 9 x 18.Would the 11 x 20 not be big enough to do this?
