These were easy to swallow & i take them myself. Just one a day with breakfast.

I used this product for its health benefits, the tablets are convenient to take, there are also 90 of them so the value proposition is good

I've been taking these things for about a year or so now. when I first started taking them I did notice a slight difference feeling more energetic than normal. Another side effect is that my voice goes slightly deeper when I'm taking them. I can only assume that they are increasing my testosterone levels. I caught COVID-19 last month and I got through it just fine. I'm sure that these tablets boosted my immune system and helped me fight off this ruddy virus. Personally, I would recommend taking Vit C and Zinc to boost your immune system. Small and easy to swallow comes in a small sealed plastic-like thick bag rather than a bottle.

It has a very slow effect but it does deliver results. Easy to swallow tablets.

Product arrived very quickly and much sooner than predicted. I was a bit concerned packet would not re-seal efficiently enough when in use daily, but it has been very good and perfectly airtight.Tablets are easy to swallow and hopefully boosting my immune system!

Great product, within a few weeks I have noticed a big change with my hair, skin and nails. The size of the pill is very small so easy to swallow and doesn't leave any bitter taste in your mouth.
