Could these be cuter??? (The answer is no.) I picked up a set to make a tea sampler for a friend, and my only regret is "I don't have a reason to buy another set."I knew this was going to be a good choice the moment I opened my Amazon shipment--there was a giant orange "AMAZON INSPECTED" sticker on the top of the product box, so I felt reasonably assured I'd see only whole pieces when I opened it up, and I was right. Props to whoever wrote the ad, too--I have a very difficult time with cubic volume, and based on the in-ad description of how many M&Ms one container would hold, I was able to envision the size of these almost perfectly.So they arrived whole and as expected--what next? I wiped down the insides (strongly recommended--the glass seems to have been clean, but I got a lot of dark residue off the inside of the lids from the machining), let them dry, and filled them up. And they. Are. Adorable. Not only that, they're thick, too--I was sitting on the sofa to put up the sampler and accidentally knocked one of the jars straight onto our glass-tile floor, and it just sort of rolled onto its side, completely unharmed.If I had one complaint, it would be only that the diminutive size seems to have dissuaded the makers from putting a plastic or rubber gasket inside the lid. I know they're not meant for storing large quantities of things, but they'd be way easier to open and close without metal going directly on glass.(In the attached image, the little orange thing in the foreground is a single Starburst candy for scale.)

*********UPDATE**********I was able to get ahold of someone to fix the issue. The second set was sent properly and came in great shape! These jars are adorable and will be perfect for my beads that I purchase for my shop!ORIGINAL REVIEW: These are cute little jars that perfect for what I was going to use them for (bead storage). 2/3 came perfect, but the 3rd had shattered jars in it which got into other items I had purchased for my child’s birthday.Unfortunately, there is no cushioning to protect them from shifting around and the glass is super thin and can shatter about as easily as a lightbulb can. I think it wouldn’t have happened if there was some cushioning or it was a tighter fit, so it wasn’t able to shift around.I was asked to return the shattered glass for a replacement which means I have to deal with getting that back and seems like a hazard, but I do love them otherwise!

Perfect for craft project

These are cute little jars, perfect for sharing spices, salts, etc with friends. The glass has some small air bubbles, but nothing that appears to compromise the integrity of the jars. There wasn't much packing material put into the shipping box to protect the jars during shipping, but they arrived unbroken, so the product packaging seems to have protected them well enough itself. Overall, a great value for the price.

I used these as souvenirs for my daughter’s Sweet 16 celebration.Important note: if you’re going to use these to fill with candy, I strongly recommend to hand wash clean the glass containers with hot soapy water. The glass containers come filmy and cleaning them will make them clear and more beautiful. Be careful when washing as the containers are made from recycled glass and you may encounter a minor manufacturer’s defect in the inside of a sharp spiked glass (so purchasing an extra box to replace a few of those is suggested).Also note: clean the inside of the metal caps with a lightly damped paper towel. This will remove excess tarnish and keep your candies clean and free from dirt and tarnish.

You pay for what you get. I put these through the dishwasher once and many still had an oily/greasy residue on the outside of the containers. You can feel and smell the oily residue when you first get these in the box, but I thought it would be able to completely wash off. You might have more success doing that manually with dishsoap than relying on a dishwasher but it's a lot of containers to go through.Lids are sometimes hard to unscrew especially if they have some spice powder trapped underneath. They feel like they can rust at any moment so I never have prolonged water contact with the lids. Other than that, the containers are cute and only fit a couple of tablespoons.

Not worth thevmoney

These are smaller than expected but they’re beautiful and perfect for what I need them. One was broken but I won’t blame it on the company because I know how bad shipments are handled tru USPS/UPS. Not to store anything for a long time, since they’re not really “airtight”. Overall, I love them.

I bought 3 set for my jewelry beads,they work perfect and hold 85 8mm beads or just under a 1/4 cup so they are tiny,received 3 days after ordering in perfect condition.
