Nice Size, Heats Evenly
Purchased primarily to make sourdough bread in. Have made stew as well. Heats very evenly and holds the heat well. Very easy cleanup. Unlike the common 4+ quart sizes, this is small enough to keep bread dough from spreading out and making a flat loaf of bread. Attractive on the top of the range too.

Not enameled inside
The description of this item says it has a non-stick enamel interior. My dutch oven arrived with a black cast iron interior. It was only enameled on the outside, not on the inside. I am returning it.

Good Value
Love being able to brown meats on stovetop and then able to braise in oven in same pot. Works as well as the more expensive brands. Good value!
