I like a very firm roller even though I’m 5’3 120lbs. I don’t want something to squishy when I have knots. It definitely gets the kinks out without spending too much time on the floor although the massage effects are nice too. Very light weight but surprisingly tough! My only regret is I should have gotten the next size up!

I use it to crack my back I was going to return because of how hard it is and its dows hurt to roll on however it will never lose shape and does the job well.

This is a great product at this price point. This is best suited for light use around the house or the office, which makes it suitable for most people. The most common negative description seems to be that’s it’s too soft. I’d argue that this is on the former side, having used random ones at various CrossFit gyms and LifeTime fitnesses. And firm is good. Quality seems decent. It really does seem like compressed packing materials were smashed into a cylinder and little glue was used. You can see in the image that one side has a lip, which I imagine was caused by the compression side of the manufacturing process. Again, Not a big deal for this price. Secondly, I have Saltillo tiles throughout the home (naturally uneven, with rough grout), so I can see this roller taking a beating after a few days of use. It does feel like it can “pit” easily enough. Great thing is, it doesn’t smell like anything, which was one of the key reasons I purchased this one. I’ll assume it’s mostly non-toxic. I’ve already recommended this to my friends and family who have never tried foam rolling.

This is probably the hardest foam roller available. With that being said it works and doesn't leave any marks like those ones with nubs and shaped areas. I feel those are a bit gimmicky because they skip over areas of your muscle tissue while rolling. They also tend to leave bruises. With this one just control the pressure your body weight is putting on the roller, breathe through the discomfort of your tight muscle and then enjoy the benefits. I broke my left leg when I was a child and things just never pan out the way they do for my right side. I often need to stretch and massage my left IT band and quadricep to relieve hip and back pain. I had a softer version for many years but it finally just wore out and was no longer effective. I believe this one will last longer providing my roomates dog doesn't get to it.

Its hard and hurts when I roll on it on my back. It would be better if it was a little softer. I would probably recommend a different one if I bought one again.

As described. High quality very strong hard density foam roller. Exactly as expected. Price was best out there too. Also think this is the perfect width to keep in a home. Plenty of width to do a full back roll. The full size foam rollers I always felt were about twice as long as necessary. Perhaps there are other uses for the longer ones, but I’ve never come across a use that requires a width any wider than this

Material com excelente qualidade, com o tempo não chega a perder densidade o que é um ponto negativo. Só não é ideal para ambiente com crianças, pois é fácil de tirar pedaços!

Mi hija lo usa para estirar su espalda y poder trabajar más su arco. Le gustó mucho y tiene el tamaño perfecto para ella.
