As you can see it does fit nicely on the outer axle nut and the holes on my lock nut were more round than flat. It was a very nice feeling torquing to 25ft pounds without needle nose pliers. Again...25ft pounds torque for my 2008 dodge ram 3500 laramie

buy this it's a small price to pay to do the job right, was able to torque the nut just as it is supposed to be done with ease.

works as it should. it will slip out of the grooves on nut if you don't press in while using it, but otherwise works great.
