I am teaching my fourth and seventh grader. Good care of their arms after a night of pitching. This has been excellent. It fits them well and it’s not too cold.

Overall I love this ice pack. After shoulder surgery a must. It is difficult to put on yourself. Just wish it was a little more user friendly. The Velcro tends tends to stick while I’m still getting ice pack in place. Easier to work with if I take it out freezer for ten minutes before putting on (needs to thaw a tad ) so it’ll wrap

If you have a pitcher at home....you need this.It's convenient and easy to put on. I highly recommend it.

The sections of fluid disappear after a couple times using it. My son loved how it fit and worked. Just need a better quality plastic for the frozen pouches for sure

My daughter (10) is a pitcher & catcher and plays travel ball, weekends are long up to 4-6 games per weekend depending on tournament and eliminations. The size is perfect for her arm and she says its very comfortable. Its perfect to throw inside my purse not taking up to much room and the ice packs in the ice chest. They last me all day...of course the begin to melt towards mid-day/end but I keep them lower in the ice chest to keep them cold. She wears it at home some days after practices as well...great purchase - love that its kids size.

I guess it works but for my 13 yr old either we are using wrong straps or it’s too small. Probably is not it. “It’s me not you”. I wish it wasn’t such a puzzle. But it works! If you child hasn’t gone through puberty it’s gonna fit. If he has - it won’t fit for long. Or we got straps wrong. Have a feeling we will get a small adult size soon.

It's exactly what you think it is, a form fitting ice pack with insulation for recovery from exercise. This ise pack works great on youth shoulders. I use it for my 10 and 11 year old boys and it fits them perfectly while still having room for adjustments for growth. Ice stays cold longer then is actually needed which is a plus because I can rotate it between the two kids for the 20/20 minute cycles. If you need a quality ice pack that provides wearable coverage for shoulder, upper arm, elbow, and lower arm, then this is your pack.
